3.) Scope of Site; No Service Agreement Created

The Site is provided for general informational and business inquiry purposes. Dominus Prime markets services that may include, without limitation, email marketing, funnel optimization, content marketing, analytics, paid advertising, SEO, consulting, and related marketing services.

Your use of the Site, submission of an inquiry, scheduling of a call, or request for information does not by itself create a client, advisory, agency, fiduciary, or contractor relationship between you and Dominus Prime.

Any paid services, campaign work, consulting, deliverables, timelines, fees, ad spend, or performance obligations will be governed only by a separate written agreement signed or otherwise validly accepted by Dominus Prime and the client, such as a proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, insertion order, or other service contract. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separate signed service agreement, the service agreement controls for that specific engagement.

We may modify these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF DOMINUS PRIME ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100); OR

THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY, TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES ONLY TO CLAIMS ARISING FROM SITE USE. IF YOU ARE A CLIENT UNDER A SEPARATE WRITTEN SERVICES AGREEMENT, LIABILITY RELATING TO PAID SERVICES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THAT AGREEMENT.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dominus Prime Co., Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and agents
